Centennial Garden Blessing & Planting Day

On what became a beautiful sunny morning after a light rain earlier, parishioners and community members gathered at St. Paul of the Cross’ Centennial Garden to begin our 16th season of planting. Many volunteers have lovingly cared for the garden since its inception in 2011, while others joined us for the first time or returned once again to share in this special ministry. We thank our Lord Jesus for the blessings of fellowship, service, and another season of growth.

Mike Polley, Master Gardener and manager of the garden since its inception, had everything prepared and ready for the day’s planting. Father James opened the morning with a special blessing over the garden before parishioners planted the beds together.

Thank You!
