1) Go to FORMED.org

2) Enter our Parish code: 74Y7CR (please note: letters must be capitalized)

3) Enter your name, address, email and create your personal password. (please note: your info will not be shared with anyone, including Lighthouse media. We use this info to track who is using our account and to email updates to members)

4) Enjoy the free content available including "Catholicism", "Symbolon", "Beloved", "yDisciple", Catholic movies, books and talks from Lighthouse Media.
